Un earthed Illegal Mining scam – Review petition filed before the High Court to review its earlier order

Madras High Court Madurai Bench direct the State Government of Tamilnadu to pass order in accordance with law based on its report dated 14.11.2011 regarding large scale violations and illegal mining and storing of 3.9 Million M.Ton Rare Mineral Sand.

Mr.Dayadevadas Managing Director of Indian Garnet Sand Company and Managing Partner of Southern Enterprises against whom the Government proposes to initiate action filed review application before the Honourable High Court to review its earlier judgment dated 18.11.2011.
